SonaCalm User Agreement

Welcome to SonaCalm.

SonaCalm is an application that provides breathing exercises, white noise, ambient music, meditation, and other relaxation and sleep aid content.

Before using SonaCalm, please read this agreement and the "SonaCalm Privacy Policy". By registering, logging in, or using SonaCalm, you indicate that you have read and agree to the relevant content. If you do not agree to this agreement, please stop using this service.

1. Service Description

SonaCalm may provide the following services:

Breathing exercises and rhythmic guidance;

White noise, natural sounds, and ambient music;

Meditation, relaxation, and bedtime aid content;

Favorites, playback history, timers, and preference settings;

Account login and data synchronization;

Other features added in subsequent versions.

The specific services provided are subject to the actual functions currently offered by the app. We may adjust some functions based on product operation and technical needs, and will explain important changes to users in a reasonable manner.

2. Health Tips

The breathing, meditation, sound, and sleep aid content provided by SonaCalm is for daily relaxation and sleep assistance only, and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance services, nor can it replace the advice of a doctor or other professional.

If you experience persistent insomnia, difficulty breathing, anxiety, depression, or other physical or mental health issues, please seek professional help promptly.

If you feel unwell during use, please stop using the relevant functions immediately.

Do not use sleep or meditation content that may affect concentration while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring high concentration.

3. Account Use

You should provide true and accurate information and keep your account, password, and verification code safe.

You must not impersonate others to register an account, nor sell, rent, transfer, or lend your account.

If you discover that your account has been stolen or there are abnormal logins, please change your password immediately and contact us.

You are responsible for the actions performed through your account, except for losses caused by platform security issues.

4. Age Requirement

Users under the age of 13 or below the minimum age limit stipulated in their location are not permitted to register independently or provide us with personal information.

Minors should use SonaCalm with the consent and guidance of their parents or guardians.

5. Usage Rules

When using SonaCalm, you must not:

Violate laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

Upload viruses, malicious programs, or attack the service system;

Use plug-ins, web crawlers, or automated tools to obtain data in bulk;

Crack, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer this App;

Impersonate others, deceive users, or commit fraud;

Interfere with the normal operation of SonaCalm;

Engage in other illegal or improper activities.

In the event of serious violations, we may restrict functionality, suspend, or terminate the account as appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of SonaCalm's software, interface, icons, name, text, audio, music, images, and other content belong to Hong Kong Sonuvy Technology Limited or the relevant rights holders.

You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, or use this content for other commercial purposes without authorization.

If you believe that the content within the App infringes upon your legal rights, please submit relevant evidence to us via the contact email address provided in this agreement.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

SonaCalm may offer free content, paid content, or automatically renewing subscription services.

Specific prices, service periods, and subscription content are subject to the information displayed on the purchase page.

For goods or subscriptions purchased through the iOS App, Apple handles payment, renewal, and refunds. You can view or cancel your subscription on your Apple ID's subscription management page.

Deleting your SonaCalm account or uninstalling the App will not automatically cancel subscriptions still active on Apple's end. Please check your subscription status before deleting your account.

8. Privacy Protection

We process and protect your personal information in accordance with the SonaCalm Privacy Policy.

We will not trade your personal information with unrelated third parties for the purpose of selling it.

The scope of collection, purpose of use, retention period, sharing of personal information, and your related rights are subject to the descriptions in the SonaCalm Privacy Policy.

9. Account Deletion

If SonaCalm supports account registration, you can apply to delete your account through the following path: My—Settings—Account and Security—Delete Account

After completing identity verification and confirming deletion, we will delete or anonymize information related to the account that is no longer needed.

Information that needs to be retained due to laws and regulations, transaction records, security audits, or dispute resolution may continue to be retained for a specified period.

Accounts are generally irrecoverable after deletion.

Uninstalling the app only removes the application and some local data on your device; it does not mean the account has been deleted on the server.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of SonaCalm, but we cannot guarantee that the service will never be interrupted or malfunction.

In the event of service interruption due to system maintenance, network failure, third-party service anomalies, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to repair it.

You can stop using, uninstall the app, or delete your account at any time.

If you seriously violate this agreement, we have the right to restrict or terminate related services.

11. Apple-Related Notes

This Agreement is entered into between you and Hong Kong Sonuvy Technology Limited, not with Apple.

Hong Kong Sonuvy Technology Limited is responsible for the operation, content, maintenance, and user support of SonaCalm. Apple is not responsible for the maintenance and technical support of this App.

You should use SonaCalm on Apple devices that you own or control, and comply with Apple's relevant service rules.

When downloading SonaCalm through the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of the relevant Apple terms in this Agreement.

12. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement based on feature changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.

If the updates may significantly affect your rights, we will notify you through in-app notifications, pop-ups, or other reasonable means.

If you do not agree to the updates, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
