How to opt out:
If you wish to opt out and do not wish to simply provide your information:

· Uninstall the application through standard methods; even cached data will be deleted.

· Contact us, and we will delete or permanently delete your information.

· Click the "Delete Account" button, and we will permanently delete your information.

We provide free services and hope to benefit our users. 2.2 Age Requirements. While we do provide content suitable for children, our services are not suitable for children without the supervision and approval of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13 (or the legal age of majority in your state, territory, or country of residence), you may not register for or use our services or provide us with your personal data.

2.3 Binding Agreements By registering for our services or accessing any content, you enter into a binding agreement with us and acknowledge that any information you provide to us is always true, accurate, and complete, and that you are:

3. User Content

I. Definition: As used in these Terms, "User Content" refers to any content uploaded, published, or transmitted (collectively, "Published") by a user to the Service, including but not limited to any text content, photographs, and sounds. Please note that "User Content" here does not include content provided by the Company to users through the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Company Content"), which is defined as all content provided by the Company to users through the Service, including but not limited to any text, graphics, photographs, software, and interactive features.

II. No User Content Filtering: Users can publish or transmit User Content to the Service. While we strive to ensure all user content complies with our Community Guidelines (which you can view on our application), we do not pre-screen any user-submitted or publicly posted user content. However, we reserve the right to remove, ban, or temporarily block any user content that: (i) we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law, or (ii) in response to complaints from other users, with or without notice. Because we cannot review all user content, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, authenticity, appropriateness, or quality. Therefore, any use or reliance on any user content is at your own risk.

III. User Content Ownership; License: You are the owner and retain the rights to the user content you post and display on your Service and through this Service. However, you grant us a worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, and make available to the public derivative works and otherwise develop and use all user content you post or post through the Service for (i) advertising, marketing, and promotion of your company and services; (ii) displaying and sharing your user content with other users of the Service; and (iii) providing services in accordance with these Terms. Your user content license will be permanently and irrevocably terminated if you terminate your account or remove any of your user content from the Service after posting. Furthermore, you grant us and our affiliates and business partners an unlimited worldwide royalty-free license to use your username, image, voice, and likeness to identify you as the source of any user content. Please note that you may not post any user content on or through the Service that you consider confidential or proprietary. Any user content you post or post through the Service or otherwise send to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and will be processed and used by us, and we may use such content in accordance with these Terms without notice and without liability. It should be noted that the authorization mentioned in this paragraph includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce your user content on a royalty-free basis. This means that you grant us the right to use your user content without paying royalties to you or any third party involved in creating the user content.

IV. User Content Restrictions: By posting user content on the Service, you must comply with the following restrictions: (i) You must be the owner of the user content you post or post through the Service, or have the authority to grant the licenses specified in these Terms; (ii) Your own or the user content delivered and used through the Service must not infringe on any person's privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contractual rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights; (iii) Posting your user content on the Service shall not require us to obtain any further licenses from any third party or pay any royalties, fees, compensation, or other amounts, or provide any attribution to any third party; (iv) Posting your user content on the Service shall not result in a breach of contract between you and any third party.

V. Prohibited Content: You may not post any user content that we determine to be “prohibited content,” including but not limited to the following:

Pornographic content, including pornographic or erotic content (involving icons, titles, or descriptions, etc.). We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse images. If we discover any user-generated content containing images of child sexual abuse, we will immediately report it to the relevant authorities and delete the submitted user account;

Violent and bullying content: User-generated content must not contain material that threatens, harasses, or bullies other users or third parties, including descriptions of violence, unprovoked harm, or otherwise against any person's place or property, or incitement to violence, including suicide;

Hate speech: User-generated content must not promote prejudice, discrimination, hatred, intolerance, or racism based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, age, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity, or target any individual or group;

Sensitive event content: User-generated content that may be deemed unacceptable due to its capitalization of natural disasters, atrocities, conflicts, deaths, or other tragic events, or lack of reasonable sensitivity;

Illegal activity content: Content that uses the Service for any illegal or unlawful purpose, including but not limited to stalking and sexually exploiting any user; and

Intellectual property infringement content: User-generated content that infringes on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights.

Terms and Termination

These terms are valid for the following period. These Terms are effective from the date you first use the Service until you or we terminate them.

Termination. You can terminate all other services by deleting your account and the application from the mobile device where the app is installed. If you wish to remove any user content from the Service, you can do so using the application's licensing feature, but removing or deleting such user content will not terminate these Terms. We have the right to limit, suspend, or terminate these Terms and your access to all or any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability if you breach these Terms or any terms of our application, or infringe the rights of any third-party copyright holder. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such termination events via the email address associated with your account or on the occasion of your next attempt to access your account, as is the case.
